At GreenShield Restoration, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality mold remediation, water mitigation, and fire restoration services. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with our work and services. This Refund and Guarantee Policy outlines our approach to refunds and guarantees for services rendered.
 

1. Service Guarantee


We guarantee the quality of our restoration services. If you are dissatisfied with the results of our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will inspect the area and work with you to address any concerns or issues. If necessary, we will reperform the work to meet your expectations at no additional cost.
 

2. Mold Remediation Guarantee


For mold remediation services, we stand behind the work we do. If mold reappears in the same area within 90 days after completion of the remediation, we will return to readdress the issue at no charge. This guarantee is only valid if the reappearance of mold is due to our work and not other factors (such as new leaks or inadequate ventilation).
 

3. Water and Fire Damage Services Guarantee


We guarantee that our water and fire restoration services will restore your property to a safe and livable condition. If any issues arise with our work within 30 days, we will come back to inspect and address the problem. Our goal is to ensure your property is fully restored to its pre-damage condition.
 

4. Refund Policy


Refunds for services are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you believe that the service provided was not up to our guaranteed standards, please reach out to us within 7 days of the service completion date. Our team will assess the situation and may issue a refund or offer a credit toward future services, depending on the circumstances.
 

5. Non-Refundable Services


Certain services or materials may be non-refundable due to their nature, including but not limited to materials purchased for restoration (such as custom materials or equipment). We will notify you of these charges before work begins.
 

6. Service Cancellations


If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
 

7. Limitation of Liability


While we guarantee the quality of our services, GreenShield Restoration is not liable for any damages or losses beyond the scope of our work or service area. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered. We cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
